Cancellation Policy

More than 30 Days’ Notice: Guests who cancel their reservation with more than 30 days’ notice prior to the scheduled start date are eligible for a 100% refund of their payment.

Less than 30 Days’ Notice: If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the scheduled start date, only 50% of the total payment will be refunded.

Please note that cancellations must be submitted in writing or through the designated booking platform to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of cancellation confirmation.
